The Conventional Financing Programs are for A credit borrowers that can provide at least 2-3 years of stabilized financials and full tax returns.

The Stated Income Program is for the borrowers with lower credit scores, show little to no taxable income. Borrowers with tax liens, judgments, and Bankruptcies within 1 year are eligible for this program.
